ReStore Supervisor
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The ReStore Supervisor supports daily operations of the North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity Woodburn ReStore. This position provides frontline leadership to ReStore staff, volunteers, and trainees, ensuring a productive, safe, and mission-aligned retail environment. The ReStore Supervisor works closely with the ReStore Manager and Inventory Control Manager to implement direction, maintain quality service, and meet performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum 2 years of Retail or Customer service experience.
2. Volunteer coordination experience preferred.
3. Experience supervising or leading teams.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurable by Habitat’s carrier.
8. High school diploma or GED required.
9. Must pass a criminal background check.
WORKING CONDITIONS / HOURS:
ReStore operating hours are typically Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Schedule will include weekends and occasional overtime to meet business needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires regular walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for long periods. Occasional driving and loading/unloading of donations. Reasonable accommodations made per ADA guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Lead and supervise day-to-day ReStore operations, including staff and volunteer task management.
2. Assist management with opening/closing procedures, cash handling and POS monitoring.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns or escalations.
4. Ensure donation processing and merchandising meets quality and safety standards.
5. Monitor store appearance and cleanliness, including ADA compliance.
6. Support safe operation and handling of equipment and donations.
7. Follow and enforce safety protocols and organizational policies.
8. Step into production, cashier, or donation scheduling roles as needed.
9. Maintain secure handling of cash, financial reports, and store assets.
10. Support reporting and documentation requirements as directed.
11. Attend required training and meetings.
12. Carry out other duties as assigned by management in a timely, professional manner.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
