Skilled Carpenters - Window and Door Replacement
Full time positions with competitive pay based on experience. ($24 to $34 an hour)
Meet in Mentor, MN then paid drive time! 100 mile radius of Mentor, MN.
**Responsibilities:**
- Remove and replace windows and doors
- Install interior and exterior trim
- Ensure proper fit, sealing, insulation, and finishing
- Read measurements and follow job specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and customer service
**Requirements:**
- Proven carpentry experience
- Experience replacing windows and doors preferred
- Ability to measure, cut, install, and finish accurately
- Own basic hand tools preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
