Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous Server, Bartender, or Restaurant Management experience is required.
- Full-service restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
The Shift Lead reports directly to the General Manager and helps oversee the daily operations of the café, leading and supporting a team of approximately 35–60 hourly team members.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability by promoting catering and event opportunities, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will also help maximize profitability by controlling costs, minimizing waste, and safeguarding company assets.
Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational excellence. The Shift Lead is expected to foster a positive, productive work environment, build strong relationships within the local community, and model the Company's values through effective leadership and teamwork.
