Food Server – Gangnam K-Cuisine Korean Restaurant

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Explain menu items and make recommendations
- Upsell menu items and daily specials
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining sanitation standards
- Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and billing
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
