The London Cleaners is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience while supporting daily front desk operations in a fast-paced dry cleaning environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service and answer questions regarding services and orders
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Utilize computer systems for order management and customer information
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas
- Assist with garment check-in and order pickup procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support overall store presentation and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers, registers, and point-of-sale systems
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items as needed
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
