Responsibilities
- Diagnose automotive issues using advanced diagnostics tools and schematics to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems accurately
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems including powertrains, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components
- Conduct ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibrations and alignments to ensure vehicle safety features operate correctly
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service equipment to complete repairs efficiently
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and automotive electrical components
- Complete vehicle inspections, service estimates, and detailed repair reports to ensure transparency with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair
- Extensive mechanical knowledge across various vehicle makes
- Hands-on experience with ADAS systems, wheel alignments, diesel engine repair, transmissions, and powertrain components
- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding automotive electrical systems
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive maintenance machinery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service while explaining repairs clearly to clients
- Valid mechanic certification or equivalent experience; ASE certification is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
