EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Property maintenance and repair
- Experience in appliance repair
- Ability to lift minimum of 75 lbs without restriction
- Ability to climb ladders without restriction
- Valid drivers license required
- Must own basic hand and power tools
- Possess a positive attitude
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Snow removal
- On-call after hours
Basic troubleshooting skills
Electrical- Ability to hang outlets, switches and lights
Drywall repair, sand and paint
Plumbing-repairs and or replacement of faucets & drains
Locks- replacement and/or repair
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Driver license (required)
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal history
- Drug test required

- Starting salary $24.00 hour (additional compensation based on experience)
