Mile High Remodel is a small business and Denver-area kitchen and home remodeling company serving the Front Range. We’re growing and looking to add a Project Coordinator to help keep our job sites running smoothly.
About the Role
This is an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone organized, sharp, and eager to learn the construction business from the ground up. No prior construction experience is required; we’ll train you on the technical side. What matters most is that you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces at once.
Over time, this role has a clear path to grow into an Assistant Project Manager position as you build experience.
What You’ll Do
- Order materials for upcoming jobs and confirm everything is on-site and ready before work begins
- Verify job sites against approved plans to catch missing materials or issues early
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors — confirming arrival times, sequencing trades, and handling reschedules
- Track job progress against the build schedule and flag delays before they become problems
- Maintain job documentation — photos, notes, and updates in our project management system
- Communicate with clients and subs to keep everyone aligned on timing and expectations
- Support punch list tracking through job completion
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone and learning new software/CRM tools
- Clear communicator, both in person and by phone/text
- Reliable transportation (travel between job sites required)
- Self-starter who asks questions rather than guesses
- No construction background needed — we’ll teach you how to read plans, understand materials, and manage a job site
