Position: Residential Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Foreman/Site Supervisor to oversee daily
operations on custom home projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage
subcontractors, maintain quality, keep projects on schedule, and ensure job sites operate safely and
efficiently.
Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily job site operations.
-Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
-Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and building codes.
-Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
-Read and interpret blueprints.
-Inspect work for quality and resolve issues.
-Keep projects on schedule and assist with scheduling trades.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Site Supervisor.
-Adequate knowledge of residential construction practices.
-Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple trades.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
