Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service.
- Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Provide support in training new staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Skills
- Dietary department experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of dietary needs.
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Proficient in menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Strong food handling skills with knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable.
- Culinary experience with demonstrated knife skills and cooking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
