We're Hiring: Excavation Team Member
Join a team that digs deep—literally and professionally. We’re looking for hardworking and dependable Excavation Crew Members to join our growing company.
What You’ll Do:
Depending on experience, job duties may include:
- Operating equipment for earthwork and excavation
- Installing underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
- Assisting with civil construction tasks such as grading, trenching, and backfilling
- Working with site supervisors to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Helping keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
Who We’re Looking For:
- Candidates of all experience levels – from entry-level laborers to skilled operators, preferred skilled operators.
- Willingness to learn on the job and take direction
- A strong work ethic and a team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and a commitment to showing up ready to work
- CDL or equipment operating experience is a plus, but not required
