As a Glass Sales Representative, you will play an important role in identifying client needs and providing customized glass solutions. Through face-to-face interactions, consultations, and ongoing account management, you will help customers find the right products while driving sales growth for our company.
Responsibilities of the Glass Sales Representative
- Speak with customers about windshield, side glass, back glass, and other auto glass services to determine the best solution for their vehicle.
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options, helping them make informed decisions based on their needs and coverage.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and completing the necessary paperwork for service requests.
- Follow up with new and existing customers to answer questions, provide updates, and secure appointments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional customer service and consistent communication.
- Work with customers to verify service eligibility and explain available options in a clear and straightforward manner.
- Stay knowledgeable about company services, promotions, and industry updates to confidently discuss solutions with customers.
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals by generating new business and converting customer inquiries into completed appointments.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward a positive resolution that supports customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience from the initial consultation through service completion.
