Private duty home health positions available for LPN or RN. Seeking active, reliable nurse to assist a young adult. Flexible scheduling is a must. Must be dependable, organized, energetic, self-starter, responsible, knowledgeable, on-time, and patient.
Requirements include:
- Current, unencumbered LPN/RN Virginia state nursing license
- Minimum of one year of experience as LPN/RN (CNA experience can count if you haven't been a LPN/RN for a full year)
- Able to lift about 100 pounds numerous times a day (this is a dead weight lift with no assistance)
- Live within 45 minutes of Roanoke or Salem
- Must love dogs
- Up to date health clearance (TB, etc)
- Clean background check
- Nonsmoker
- Reliable transportation to/from work
- 3 professional references
Trach and ventilator experience preferred, but not necessary
LPN $41 per hour. RN $50 per hour.
Available Day Shifts: every other Thursday days 7a-7p, every other Saturday days 7a-7p,
Available Night Shifts: every Monday night 7p-7a, every Tuesday night 7p-7a, every other Saturday night 7p-7a, and every other Sunday night 7p-7a. Potential for full-time position for LPN.

Additional hours available on an as needed basis. Must have some availability to pick up additional shifts occasionally.
