We are seeking a motivated and personable Sign Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their signage needs, providing expert recommendations, and closing sales to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. Responsabilities
- Ability to generate consistent leads and follow up with client
- Engage with potential clients to understand their signage requirements and preferences
- Present product options, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and special requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client specifications are met
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and orders in the company database
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our signage solutions
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of signage products or related industries is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
