Job Summary:
Infra-Metals is seeking a CNC Burning Machine Operator to join our team. As a leading steel service center, we specialize in value-added processing and distribution of metal products nationwide. This role is responsible for setting up and operating plate burning equipment (Plasma or Oxy-Fuel) to produce high-quality steel products. The ideal candidate has experience in a steel or fabrication environment, is safety-focused, reliable, and takes pride in their work

Job Function:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC plate burning machines to meet required specifications.

Ensure all cuts meet size and tolerance requirements per processing work orders.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions.

Accurately use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers).

Safely use manual hand tools such as wrenches and clamps.

Operate overhead cranes and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members to complete production goals.

Perform additional warehouse duties or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a steel service center or fabrication environment preferred.

Basic computer skills required.

Strong understanding of safety practices in an industrial environment.

Ability to work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.

Must be dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.

Able to work any assigned shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Physically able to stand, lift, climb, and perform warehouse tasks.

Strong team player with a positive, motivated attitude.
