Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations and support our field service teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating materials and equipment, and dispatching technicians to ensure they have everything they need to complete their jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, tools, materials, and supplies.
- Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming inventory.
- Prepare materials and equipment for technicians before scheduled jobs.
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place purchase requests when supplies are running low.
- Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records in the company management system.
- Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and transfers of equipment and materials.
- Inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to support daily business needs.
- Enforce warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing inventory and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience using inventory management or dispatch software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
