As the Construction Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for driving construction operations from mobilization through project completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage all field operations on construction projects
- Drive project schedules to ensure milestones and completion dates are achieved
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and site personnel
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality expectations
- Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify project risks
- Manage project logistics, sequencing, and workforce planning
- Create and maintain short-term and long-term construction schedules
- Run subcontractor meetings and coordinate field activities
- Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Review construction drawings and identify potential conflicts
