Position: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $25/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm to 3:00am (Overtime available Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings)

Job Description:

Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine complex components and downhole equipment parts

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications

Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as needed

Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency

Maintain production records and follow established procedures

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work area clean and organized

Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and workflow
Position Requirements:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Knowledge of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and offsets

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Oil and gas manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing quality work

Strong understanding of machining processes

Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
