M-F Work Schedule
Shift Hours : 7am - 330pm (OT when available)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Using a sit-down forklift or overhead crane (crane training provided)
- Maintain all safety requirements, training, and production standards
- Quality inspection of formwork panels and accessories
- Placing formwork panels, accessories, and hardware in correct packing units
- Pulling orders for shipment
- Maintaining all formwork product knowledge
- Record and report accurate counts for inventory purposes
Skills and Qualifications:
- General product knowledge
- Ability to use an assortment of hand tools
- Ability to train on/maneuver a forklift and overhead crane
- Knowledge of best safety practices
- Inspection and production/inventory processes
- Location and identification of products and supplies
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Good interpersonal, communication, and listening skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mechanical aptitude helpful
- Able to work and maintain a fast paced environment, while sustaining ability to make intelligent decisions.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Organizational skills, time management skills and has ability to pay attention to detail
- Must have 1 year recent forklift experience and a current/valid Class E Driver's License
