About the Role:
As a Russian speaking Certified Peer Specialist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary team, working closely with clients and their families to promote recovery, wellness, and community reintegration. You will use your personal experience and expertise to provide guidance, support, and advocacy to individuals with mental health conditions, empowering them to take control of their lives sa their Certified Peer Specialist.
COMPETITIVE PAY - $20-$25 HOURLY RATE
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group peer support to clients, utilizing your Russian language skills to facilitate effective communication
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Offer guidance and support to clients with wellness strategies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Requirements:
Certification as a Peer Specialist
Fluency in Russian language
High school diploma or equivalent required
