Job Summary
Titan Demo is hiring a reliable Demo Crew Member to join our team in Central Oregon.
This position is hands-on and requires someone who is dependable, hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working in active remodel and demolition environments. The ideal candidate has some demolition, construction, remodeling, or labor experience, but we are willing to train the right person.
A major requirement for this role is the ability to safely drive a truck and trailer. Applicants must have a clean driving record and be comfortable hauling tools, debris, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
Duties
- Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes to dismantle structures efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove debris, fixtures, and structural elements with accuracy.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand demolition scope and sequencing.
- Conduct site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and prepare for upcoming demolition phases.
- Coordinate with construction management teams to plan demolition activities aligned with project timelines.
- Perform concrete breaking, masonry removal, roofing teardown, and glass or cabinet disposal as needed.
- Assist in restoration efforts post-demolition by preparing sites for new construction or landscaping.
- Work is 75% in Bend and 25% out of town within a 2 hour drive. Must have a CLEAN driving record.
Experience
- Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on demolition activities.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management principles.
- Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment and power tools safely.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and site inspection procedures.
- Skills in using Bluebeam software for digital document review and project coordination are a plus.
- Background in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, welding, or restoration enhances your versatility.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
