About Spring
Spring is an AI-native lender. We spent the first eight months of our business building completely novel in-house software — loan management systems, payment rails infrastructure, and technology for analyzing business bank transactions and financials. That foundation let us originate over $150 million in funding to CPG brands within our first year of business.
Now we're building the product that all of that infrastructure was designed to power: an AI CFO agent. The addressable market starts with tens of thousands of CPG brands and extends to small businesses across many verticals. Our lending operation gives us a unique advantage - deep financial data, direct customer relationships, and the real-world workflows that the agent needs to automate.
Who We're Looking For
We're a team of twelve. We are looking for candidates with high agency.
We're open to several profiles:
- Startup operators - you've been early at a fast-paced company and know how to bring order to chaos: building processes, closing gaps, and doing whatever the day requires.
- CPG operations experience - you've worked with brands, retailers, or distributors and understand the world our customers live in: purchase orders, deductions, chargebacks, cash flow crunches.
- Financial operations backgrounds - you've worked in lending, payments, or fintech ops and can own workflows where accuracy and speed both matter.
What matters most:
- You're self-motivated and don't wait for a spec - you see the problem, own it, and fix it
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can move fast without dropping details
- You're excited to work alongside AI agents daily - much of our ops work is done with and through them
- You want to be early at a company where your work shapes how the whole business runs
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
