We carefully curate apparel, and accessories that blend quality, style, and everyday comfort while providing exceptional customer service to every person who walks through our doors.
We're looking for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in creating an outstanding shopping experience. If you're energetic, dependable, and excited to be part of a growing small business, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
- Build relationships with customers and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Learn our brands and products to confidently answer questions and make outfit suggestions.
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Receive, steam, tag, and merchandise new inventory.
- Help create attractive product displays and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support social media content creation by helping showcase new arrivals when needed.
- Work collaboratively with our small team to create an exceptional boutique experience.
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- A passion for fashion, styling, and helping others feel their best.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving merchandise throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Boutique or specialty retail experience.
- Visual merchandising experience.
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- An eye for styling outfits and current fashion trends.

Schedule
Part-time (approximately 15–30 hours per week)
Weekend availability is required.
Pay
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
