Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | 36 Hours/Week

We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse – Inpatient Rehab for a 13-week contract assignment at NH Rehab Hospital – Rehab Unit 2 in Macon, GA.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to inpatient rehabilitation patients.
- Care for Neuro, CVA, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Aneurysm, and Post-Craniotomy patients.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, wound vac management, PEG tube care, trach care, ostomy care, IV antibiotics, and peripheral IV maintenance.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using Epic EMR.
- Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, Respiratory Therapy, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Float between Rehab Unit 1 and Unit 2 as needed.
Requirements
- Active Georgia RN License
- BLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
