Local Team Collaboration:

We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Flower Mound of 8 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager.

Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

Qualifications:

We can accept PA candidates with a minimum of 1 year of hospitalist experience.
Scheduling:
-
This is a Full-Time position, Monday-Friday, 8 am -5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:

The APP will primarily work in the pre-optimization clinic during the day, seeing 6-7 consults.

The APP puts admission orders in under the supervising physician and completes H&P, and the supervising physician co-signs.

EMR is EPIC.

Rewards and Compensation:

Base yearly pay is $145k.

Eligible for both PPI and PQI bonuses.
