Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice
- Collaborate with colleagues when appropriate to ensure quality client care
- Develop and maintain a consistent caseload
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute psychiatric episodes and provide crisis management support to ensure client safety.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical documentation standards within Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and medical record updates while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines.
- Utilize telehealth therapy platforms effectively to reach clients remotely while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards.
Required Skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Ohio license as one of the following:
- LSW
- LISW
- LPC
- LPCC
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative practice environment
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience providing outpatient therapy
- Experience working with adolescents, couples, or trauma
- EMDR or other specialty training is a plus
