We have Seasonal positions available that run from April to December with the potential for year-round employment.

Mow Crew Leader Requirements and Responsibilities (varies by position but may include any of the following)
- Willingness to work outside in various conditions
- Mowing experience, both push and ride-on.
- Ability to manage time and follow a schedule for arrival at various properties throughout the week.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 60lbs.
- Carry, push, or pull equipment and materials over, up, and down a variety of terrains
- Help maintain, service and clean the equipment as needed.
- Willingness to be trained in any or all of these tasks
- Provide excellent customer service if in contact with customers on site.
- Assist in any tasks undertaken by the crew
Crew Leaders are also expected to:
- Assist/train crew members in their work
- Manage and direct a crew to complete the tasks for each day
- Report directly to the supervisor at the beginning and end of each day
- Responsibly lead teams by example
- Ensure Crew Members conduct themselves respectfully with customers as representatives of the company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
