Help patients behind the scenes – no blood, no needles, just smart support
At Falck US, Revenue Cycle Management is how we help real people after some of the most stressful moments in their lives. In our EMS RCM environment, strong payer relationships are essential because they directly influence revenue, cash flow, and collection outcomes, while also helping to create a smoother, more supportive experience for our patients.
As a Payor Management Lead in Revenue Cycle Management, your focus will be on keeping payer enrollment, portal access, and electronic billing processes accurate and current. Your work will help support better reimbursement, cash flow, and overall revenue cycle performance, in line with Falck’s RCM approach of helping payors, operations, and internal teams do the right thing. In a fast-moving EMS RCM environment, this work helps protect revenue, reduce administrative friction, and keep our teams focused on delivering care and supporting the people who depend on us.
