Café Intermezzo, an iconic brand of 41 years based out of Atlanta GA embodies the essence of the 300-year-old European Café. We are now interviewing for fun, outgoing and energetic Bartenders! Multi-tasking with making a cocktail, engaging in a conversation with a Guest while ringing up a wonderful entrée all takes place with a smile. Be part of a team that will introduce a unique experience to residents of Nashville and all that visit our great city. We are re-opening our café on the vibrant corner of Demonbreun Street and 2nd avenue. There is nobody in Nashville with our ambiance and wonderful food and beverages. You will play a vital role in creating that wonderful environment for a business lunch, a happy hour gathering, a bachelorette craft cocktail experience, or a regular brunch spot for our esteemed guests. What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar and in other dining areas
- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with serving to go and 3rd party orders
- Serve from the heart with hospitality
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Set up and maintain a sparkling clean and organized bar area
- Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
- Adhering to company and state standards for serving alcoholic beverages
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years bartending experience preferred
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Must possess basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Must be multi-task oriented
