Job Opportunity: Outbound Fundraising Representative

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + earned commission
Sign On Bonus: $250 paid after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

We are a small, long-standing tele-fundraising office in Tempe, dedicated to supporting local charities. We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and help us make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (250-300 per 6-hour shift) to potential donors (leads provided).
- Utilize provided scripts to effectively communicate the mission of local charities and solicit donations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while being assertive and persuasive.
- Meet or exceed fundraising targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cold calling, canvassing, or sales is preferred.
- Exceptional attitude and willingness to learn will be considered in lieu of direct experience.
- Ability to work 28-30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Training lasts approx 3-4 weeks in the evenings (M-Th 4pm-8pm, Every Other Sat 9am-1pm)
- Comfortable working in a casual, small office environment.
- Must be coachable and able to adapt to feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assertive, bold, and charismatic personality.
