Honda of Indian Trail is looking to add a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to our leadership team. This opportunity is for a true A-player—someone who can lead, motivate, and help drive a 500+ vehicle-per-month operation in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
This isn't a position for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
We're looking for a working Sales Manager—someone who thrives on desking deals, coaching salespeople, calling customers maximizing profitability, and creating a culture where winning is the standard.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

- CDK: 1 year (Preferred)
- Honda: 1 year (Preferred)
- Auto Sales Manager: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:
- North Carolina Notary (Preferred)
