Position Summary
Grounded in our Purpose, to Serve from the Heart, the Housekeeping Supervisor leads the cleanliness, presentation, and inspection of every condominium unit in the CoralTree Rental Program at Crystal Peak Lodge, and supports public-area cleanliness across the building. This is a hands-on supervisory role. Unit cleaning experience is required because the position cleans rental-program units as a core part of the job, in addition to leading and inspecting the work of others.
Relationships
To supervise, train, and inspire the housekeeping team and contracted cleaners. To coordinate and communicate regularly with the Property Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, and Public Area Attendant. The Housekeeping Supervisor has daily contact with guests during turns and with owners during deep cleans and inspections.
Desired Attributes
The Housekeeping Supervisor must be detail-obsessed, organized, and hands-on, with a track record of delivering consistent rental-ready quality. He or she must be resourceful, self-motivated, comfortable with a flexible schedule, and able to coach a small team in a fast-paced turn environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Personally clean rental-program condominium units to CoralTree rental-ready standards as part of the regular daily workflow.
- Schedule, train, supervise, and inspect the work of housekeeping staff and contracted cleaners.
- Conduct unit inspections after every turn, documenting deficiencies in Breezeway and routing maintenance items to the engineering team.
- Manage par levels for linen, terry, in-room amenities, and cleaning supplies. Place orders within budget.
- Coordinate spring and fall deep cleans for participating owners, including window washing, drapery cleaning, carpet shampooing, and detailed touch-ups, consistent with the Rental Management Agreement.
- Partner with the Public Area Attendant to ensure common areas, hallways, elevators, ski room, and the lobby reflect a premium resort standard.
- Enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and proper chemical handling.
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of professional cleaning experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or premium residential setting, including hands-on cleaning of guest rooms or condominium units.
- One or more years in a lead or supervisor role preferred.
- Detail-obsessed with proven ability to deliver consistent rental-ready quality.
- Breezeway experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak turn days.
- Bilingual English and Spanish a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $24 - 28.00/hour, based on experience.
