Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide home health services throughout New York City. This position primarily involves pediatric cases, with opportunities to treat adult and geriatric patients as needed.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload consisting primarily of pediatric patients
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage patient care independently in home-based settings
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Active New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Ability to work independently in patients' homes
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
