Job Description
Position Title: Customer Service
- Performs the work of a Web Customer Service Specialist as needed
- Utilizes telephone, email and chat to provide information to and resolve issues for online customers
- Prints new online orders, sorts them for picking and distributes them to departments
- Assists with pulling online firearm orders
- Assists with locating pick-up orders for customers
- Processes merchandise returns
- Submits and manages UPS claims
- Assists with Marketplace orders and communication
- Performs other duties as required or directed
Essential Physical Requirements
- Ability to hear pages, telephone conversations and general announcements
- Ability to effectively communicate via telephone, email and chat
- Ability to move around the store as necessary to perform assigned tasks
- Ability to recognize and identify merchandise and read necessary reports

Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Two or more years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
- Retail experience (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
