We’re hiring a part-time Sales Lead to own and expand our partnership network. Your core focus will be managing our database of potential partnership vendors, real estate agents, and interior designers, conducting regular outreach, and sourcing new connections to generate high-quality project leads.
This is a high-impact role inside a fast-moving company. If you are a proactive, relentless communicator who can open doors, build trust quickly, and drive revenue growth without constant oversight, we’d like to meet you.
Compensation: $20/hour + flat bonus for every qualified lead that results in a face-to-face meeting with a potential customer
Hours: Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week
Location: Fully in-office – Chicago, IL 60618
What you’ll do:
- Own the Network: Maintain, organize, and deeply understand our contact list of potential partnership vendors, real estate agents, and interior designers.
- Active Outreach: Conduct regular, structured outreach (via email, phone, and in-person networking) to keep our brand top-of-mind and secure beneficial partnerships.
- Proactive Prospecting: Research and source new partnership opportunities through creative prospecting and your own industry connections to expand our pipeline.
- Generate Project Leads: Drive the partnership process from initial introduction to securing collaborative agreements that result in steady project leads and increased revenue.
- Track & Report: Keep accurate records of outreach activities and pipeline progress to share with the leadership team.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or relationship management (experience working with real estate or design professionals is a major plus).
- A natural connector with exceptional communication skills who knows how to build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- A self-starter who can maximize 12 hours a week effectively to deliver tangible, bottom-line results.
- Tech-savvy enough to easily navigate CRM tools, Google Workspace/Excel, and LinkedIn for research and tracking.
