We are seeking Network Support Technicians to support the network migration and cutover activities for a new hospital facility in Clarksville, TN. This project will play a critical role in transitioning clinical and IoT devices from a legacy network environment to a new infrastructure, helping ensure a smooth go-live while minimizing disruptions to healthcare operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with networking experience who enjoy hands-on deployment work, troubleshooting, and working directly with end users. The role is focused on device migrations, network validation, cable patching, connectivity troubleshooting, and supporting hospital staff throughout the transition process. This is not a network engineering role and is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with networking fundamentals and field support activities.
What You'll Do
- Support network migration and cutover activities throughout the hospital
- Identify, inventory, and migrate clinical and IoT devices to the new network environment
- Validate connectivity for medical devices and medication dispensing systems
- Perform physical network closet cutovers and cable patching activities
- Connect and migrate devices from the legacy network to the new infrastructure
- Verify VLAN assignments, switch port configurations, and device connectivity
- Troubleshoot common network connectivity issues during deployment activities
- Work directly with hospital staff to resolve network and device-related concerns
- Assist with onboarding, network documentation, device identification, and project preparation activities
- Support overnight migration activities during the final cutover weekend
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of IT support, network support, desktop support, or infrastructure support experience
- Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience logging into Cisco switches
- Understanding of VLANs, switch ports, IP addressing, and network connectivity concepts
- Experience troubleshooting network-connected devices
- Strong customer service and end-user support experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA Network+ Certification
- Previous experience supporting healthcare environments
- Experience participating in network migrations, deployments, or cutover projects

Project Details
- Onsite in Clarksville, TN
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One overnight shift (12:00 AM-8:00 AM) during the network cutover weekend
- Approximately 40-hour work weeks
$25 - $30 Per Hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
