High-Performance Sales Environment
We are seeking high performing bilingual (English & Spanish) sales leaders to join our rapidly expanding organization. This role is designed for individuals with advanced sales mastery, strong leadership presence, and proven experience developing high-performing teams.
Insurance experience is welcome but NOT required. What matters most is your ability to sell at a high level, coach others, implement systems, and increase production.

Important:
✔ We are looking for a leader who, within 1 month of completing training, can make a measurable difference in production, execution, and team performance.
This is not an entry-level leadership role.

High-Impact Leadership Role
- This is a true leadership position, not an assistant role
- You will progressively assume 60–70% of the core responsibilities currently handled by the VP of Sales, including:
- Sales performance oversight
- Training and coaching execution
- Implementation of systems and procedures
- Production growth and accountability

Additional Requirements
✔ Minimum 2+ years of advanced sales experience
✔ Minimum 3+ years of Leadership roles such as training, coaching and Mentoring
✔ Bilingual (Spanish–English) required
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
✔ High work ethic, discipline, and ownership mentality
