Issaquah Family Chiropractic is currently accepting applications for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant. We are a community-centered, wellness-driven practice committed to providing high-quality, affordable care in a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
This role focuses on directly supporting our doctors, patients, and front desk operations and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and patient interaction in a health-care setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during patient visits, including scribing/documentation
- Provide direct patient support, including possible hands-on soft tissue work (training provided)
- Schedule patients and manage appointments
- Answer phones and assist patients at the front desk
- Prepare and reset treatment rooms between patients
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in clinical and shared areas
- Support daily patient flow and overall office operations
- Help create a calm, welcoming experience for patients and staff
Schedule & Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Position: full-time
- Hours: Approximately 36 hours per week
Occasional additional hours may be available to cover sick time or vacations.
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and scheduling skills
- Prior experience in chiropractic, medical, or customer service roles is helpful but not required
