What We're Looking For:
A reliable, customer-focused professional who:
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather
- Has basic knowledge or experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture (we’ll train the right person!)
- Takes initiative and works independently
- Is committed to excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must have a clean Florida driver’s license
- Must be 21 years or older
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
- Able to bend, crawl, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and treat lawns, trees, and shrubs
- Willingness to apply pesticides and fertilizers safely and as directed
- Able to complete paperwork accurately and on time
- Motivated to grow your route through great service and upselling
