Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Purpose: Responsible for cleaning of specific areas of the plant and performing building and grounds maintenance activities
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure a clean and safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.

Perform building and grounds repairs and upkeep as needed
-
Clean and maintain general shop area

Perform light carpentry and plumbing duties as needed
-
Empty garbage and pick-up cardboard on production floor as needed
-
Collect empty pallets, boxes and parts trays and relocate to designated areas where applicable

Assist with unloading and moving production equipment as needed
-
Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
-
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
-
Previous building/grounds experience preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Valid and current MN driver’s license
-
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
-
Must be able to operate, walk-behind and riding, floor scrubbers and barnishers
-
Must be able to operate scissor lifts and forklifts
-
Must be able to perform duties without direct supervision
-
Basic knowledge of, or ability to learn, light carpentry and plumbing
-
Regular attendance
Training:
-
Forklift, scissor lift, lawn equipment, snow removal equipment

Reference OJT
Physical Demands

Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs., rarely lifting up to 70 lbs.

Ability to stand for 100% of shift

Ability to do repetitive motions, i.e. bending, twisting, walking, crouching

Ability to work at elevated heights

Ability to climb ladders

Ability to continuously operate a minimum of 3 hours
