We are seeking a highly capable Director of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy, campaign execution, brand messaging, digital advertising, creative direction, dealer marketing, and retail partner marketing.
This is a key leadership role for someone who understands how to build demand, support sales, strengthen brand awareness, and create marketing programs that produce measurable results.
Position Overview
The Director of Marketing will oversee all major marketing functions for Massimo Motor, including digital campaigns, social media, Google advertising, paid media, creative development, brand guidelines, brand messaging, dealer support, retail partner campaigns, co-op marketing, product launches, content creation, and overall marketing execution.
The ideal candidate has experience in powersports, automotive, marine, outdoor recreation, motorsports, RV, equipment, or a related industry. We are looking for someone who is not only skilled in marketing, but also genuinely interested in the products, customers, lifestyle, and community we serve.
This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The right candidate should be comfortable developing marketing plans, managing outside agencies or vendors, overseeing creative assets, supporting dealers and retail partners, analyzing campaign performance, and working directly with leadership to grow the brand.
Comfort appearing in company videos, photos, product content, dealer-facing materials, or promotional media is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Google, social media, email, website, digital advertising, dealer channels, and retail partner channels.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, retargeting, display advertising, and other digital channels.
- Manage brand messaging, brand guidelines, creative direction, and consistency across all marketing materials.
- Oversee ad creation, product photography, video content, digital media, brochures, sales materials, website content, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
- Work closely with sales leadership to support dealer growth, retail partner programs, product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Develop dealer marketing programs, co-op marketing campaigns, and retail partner marketing support.
- Create marketing strategies that support both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams, outside agencies, vendors, media partners, and creative resources.
- Review marketing performance data and make recommendations to improve campaign results, lead generation, traffic, conversion, and return on ad spend.
- Support product launches with clear messaging, creative assets, advertising plans, and go-to-market execution.
- Ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product positioning, pricing, promotions, specifications, and brand standards.
- Help create a stronger and more consistent brand presence across digital, dealer, retail, trade show, and customer-facing channels.
- Identify new marketing opportunities to grow awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth.
- Represent the brand professionally in internal and external communications.
Ideal Candidate

- Communicate clearly with sales, leadership, dealers, retail partners, and outside agencies.
- Maintain brand consistency across multiple product lines and sales channels.
- Use campaign data to improve performance.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Bring energy, ownership, and passion to the Massimo brand.
- Be comfortable participating in video, photo, or promotional content when beneficial to the company.
Qualifications
- Prior marketing leadership experience required.
- Experience in powersports, automotive, marine, RV, motorsports, outdoor recreation, equipment, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads, social media advertising, campaign strategy, and content development.
- Experience managing paid media campaigns and/or external marketing agencies.
- Experience with brand management, creative direction, messaging, and marketing asset development.
- Experience supporting dealer networks, retail partners, distributors, or multi-channel sales environments preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and internal priorities.
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and making data-driven marketing decisions.
- Experience with product launches, promotional campaigns, trade shows, or dealer marketing is a plus.
- Comfortable being featured in company videos, photos, social content, or promotional media is a plus.
- Must have a genuine interest in powersports, outdoor recreation, vehicles, or related industries.
