Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness of the fry station, including equipment and work area, throughout your shift
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on popular items and ingredient needs
- Support food service operations by efficiently serving orders and managing food presentation
- Follow proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of hot, fresh dishes to customers
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role, preferably within the food industry or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with meal preparation techniques
- Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide roles is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and servers
- Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or food service establishments is highly desirable
