SYLVA is a modern New American bistro in the heart of Tahoe City, recognized by SF Gate as one of the Best New Restaurants in Tahoe. We serve innovative, high-end food in a casual setting, with a chef-driven menu, open kitchen, and a strong commitment to scratch cooking and quality.
We’re looking for an experienced hot line cook to join our fun, professional, and motivated kitchen team. This position offers the opportunity to sharpen skills, learn new techniques, and cook at a high level on an evolving menu.
