Duties
- Engage with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, and community networking to generate new insurance enrollment opportunities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Supplements, Under-65 medical and life insurance
- Maintain detailed sales records and manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and client engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA compliance for health-related policies
Skills
- Texas Insurance License - Life & Accident (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in outside sales preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills...bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply!
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Skilled in client relationship management and (CRM) systems
- Ability to learn marketing principles to support outreach initiatives
- Familiarity with insurance regulations including but not limited to HIPAA
