Host / Hostess
Pay: $18.00 per hour + Tips
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Host/Hostess to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- Answer guest questions and provide information about the venue
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth guest service
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand
- Assist with guest needs and help create an outstanding dining experience
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start shifts as early as 6:30 AM
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required
