The Lakes Treatment Center is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services and accredited by The Joint Commission. We are a residential behavioral health facility focused on helping individuals overcome substance use disorders and co-occurring biomedical and mental health challenges. The Lakes is a unique residential treatment facility focused on addiction recovery rather than traditional long-term care. Working in addiction treatment presents its own meaningful challenges, while offering a role that differs from many standard care home positions. Staff responsibilities primarily center on client supervision, support, and facilitating daily schedules, including group sessions, meals, and structured activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understanding of addiction and mental health disorders.
- Facilitate daily schedules including but not limited to groups, meals, medication times, appointments, UAs, etc.
- Establish productive rapport with residents to assist in their recovery.
- Document relevant notes within an electronic health record.
- Perform detox, high risk, and medical checks as required.
- Keep all residents accounted for at all times.
- Perform required cleaning and maintenance duties to support infection control procedures.
- Document full shift reports to all staff sent via email.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be available to work all shifts and days of the week
- Professionalism, ethics, and healthy boundaries
- Ability to complete duties with minimal supervision
- Computer competence (email, basic typing skills)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

The Lakes Treatment Center is a 24/7 facility, and this position requires availability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights (NOC), weekends, and holidays. Schedules are based on business needs and may change at any time. Specific shifts or schedules are not guaranteed.
