Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and control food costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and brand standards across all areas of the restaurant.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both your team and guests.
- Develop future restaurant leaders, through ongoing example and coaching.
Experience
- Prior experience leading teams. If you show up, take ownership, and perform, the sky is the limit.
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within casual dining or hospitality environments is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with cash handling and inventory control.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on training & development, customer service, and operational excellence.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
