GENERAL DESCRIPTION
As a Project Manager within the Project Management Office at PDF Corp, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and company strategies. Your role will encompass comprehensive project oversight, stakeholder management, and the application of project management best practices. Your primary duties include creating and maintaining a project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, resource allocation, and financial status.
In addition to technical skills, you would also need strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Overall, a Solutions Sales Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring that Information Technology systems meet the needs of clients and function effectively and efficiently.
RESPONSABILITIES
1. Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans.
2. Conduct risk assessments, proactively identifying project risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
3. Managing the formal closure of projects, including obtaining client sign-off, archiving project documentation, and conducting post-project evaluations.
4. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and resource allocation to ensure cost control.
5. Implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
6. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
7. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client requirements and resource availability.
8. Identifying and managing potential project risks, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
9. Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, including contracts, change orders, and project closure reports.

REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or engineering environment.
· Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
· Willingness to travel within and outside of Puerto Rico
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
