Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Lamination Lay-Up Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling laminated materials with precision and efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in manufacturing, fabrication, and materials handling within a fast-paced environment that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare laminate for glue-up stacking
- Checks laminate for size, color, and quality
- Assist Inventory Control with keeping correct inventory levels
- Ensure safety within assigned area of responsibility
- ERP System trained and labor clocking
Requirements
- Prior experience in manufacturing or working with laminate is requested but not required.
