Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring: Vigilantly observe and report changes in patients’ vital signs and conditions.
- Technical Assistance: Support advanced medical procedures, including mechanical ventilation and extracorporeal therapies.
- Communication: Provide clear, compassionate communication with veterinarians, team members, and pet owners.
- Care Coordination: Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organizing supplies, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Emotional Support: Offer compassionate care to pets and their families in high-pressure situations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years in veterinary care, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to assist with advanced equipment and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Precise record-keeping and adherence to protocols.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
